REFUND POLICIES

All sales are final due to customization of product. Please CAREFULLY INSPECT your item as soon as it arrives. Only blank/non-personalized items may be returned (within 5 days of delivery).

Replacement items will be provided when the error is made by M&J Monograms. A photo will be requested of the item that has an error. Please CAREFULLY INSPECT your item as soon as it arrives because we cannot replace items beyond the 5 days of delivery timeline.  

Please note, colors may differ slightly from appearance on screen. Once the item is customized it can not longer be returned. 

Only replacements will be provided; we cannot issue a refund unless the item cannot be replaced (Ex. If the item is no longer available or has been discontinued). Please note, that when we replace an item, we will replace with the EXACT specifications as originally purchased. We cannot change a font style or thread color. 

Depending on a case by case basis, we may ask that the damaged/incorrect item be returned or photos be provided to us.  Any errors or damaged product must be reported within 5 business days of delivery date for replacement options.

Please note that when a return is issued for an un-personalized item, a full refund will be issued LESS the amount for shipping. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded. In addition, customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return.

If an item is returned back to us by USPS for insufficient address, or incorrect address the customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping to re-ship the item.
