Q: I want to give a gift, will the receipt be included?

A: No, your receipt will be emailed to you at the time you place the order. The gift recipient will not see the price or paperwork.


Q: Do you gift-wrap?

A: We do not offer full gift-wrapping but all of our items are sent as an attractive package with a clear bag tied with a pretty ribbon and a sticker. Smaller packages include a clear bag and sticker. We will be happy to include a personal note for you on one of our blank postcards. Just write out your message in the “Additional Notes” box located on each items page.


Q: How do I get my order before the two week date listed by Etsy?

A: Our turnaround time is 1-2 weeks.  We list the two week date once an order is placed which is the latest an order would be sent.  With PRIOR approval to placing an order (for M&J to verify in-stock merchandise,) we have a *RUSH ORDER* add-on available for all orders.  Once approved by M&J, this $8.00 add -on must be combined with order at time of purchase. This guarantees shipping of in-stock merchandise within 2 business days of order date.


Q: Can I make changes to my order?

A: Changes can be made within 24 hours of submission. After that, personalized orders cannot be cancelled due to the short turnaround time for most orders if your item is already into production.

Q: I received my item, but the letters are in the wrong order!?

A: In every listing; when ordering please provide your letters in as requested first middle LAST order.

Example: "maS" for the name Megan Anne Stone

We will adjust the monogram order if needed.  But, if a mistake was made on our part, contact us and we will discuss our options for correcting the problem!

Our products are custom made for you and therefore are not returnable or exchangeable. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY BEFORE submitting your final order. We do not allow refunds, changes or cancellations after 24 hours of order date.
