Any errors in your order must be reported to us within 3 business days of receiving it.
M&J is not responsible for customer mistakes, grammar errors, misspellings, wrong addresses, or any loss or theft that may occur during shipping. Additionally, damage due to shipping is not our responsibility.
If any items in your order are defective or damaged, please inform us immediately.

We strongly recommend reading ALL and ANY instructions provided and following the templates given. This ensures that your order will be completed accurately and within the specified timeframe.
If you do not provide a font choice in a reasonable time frame, we will sew the font that is in the picture of the listing or make decisions for you.

Shipping is not insured, and our responsibility ends once the package leaves our workshop.
Please ensure that your Shopify and PayPal addresses are updated to ensure accurate delivery.
We ship within 10 business days only after receiving all required monogramming details for the product. Timeframes may be extended during holidays.

If you have a deadline and require a rush order, please contact us before placing your order to discuss accommodation possibilities. Please note that rush orders do not qualify for bulk discounts.
After shipping, tracking information is sent to customers by Shopify. If your package doesn't arrive as scheduled, we recommend contacting your local post office.
We only ship to locations within the United States, including APO/ FPO military addresses.

It's not necessary to send a custom order request. All orders are tailored to your design preferences. However, please submit a request if you need:
- Large quantities of a specific item
- Custom logos
- Corporate gifts and products
Colors may vary slightly based on your PC monitor. If you have concerns about color or selections, please contact us before placing your order. We're here to assist and ensure your satisfaction.

We offer over 180 thread colors. If you need to match a specific item or have a color in mind not on our chart, simply email us.
Proofs must be requested before or with the order in the Notes to Seller section. While proofs are not included for all items to maintain pricing, they can be provided if requested in advance. Note that proofs are not available before purchase, and orders with proof requests may have longer turnaround times.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST. If you need to reach us, feel free to contact us during these times. We also constantly monitor email our requests.

Photographs of finished products may be used for future sales examples. If you prefer your item not to be photographed for future promotions, please inform us when placing your order. All photos displayed are the property of M&J Monograms and should not be reproduced without permission.
No, your receipt will be emailed to you at the time you place the order. The gift recipient will not see the price or anypaperwork.
We do not offer full gift-wrapping but all of our items are each sent in an attractive way with a clear bag tied with a pretty ribbon and a sticker. Smaller packages include a clear bag and sticker. We will be happy to include a personal
note for you on one of our blank postcards. Just write out your message in the Notes section at checkout.
Changes can be made within 24 hours of submission. After that, personalized orders cannot be cancelled due to the short turnaround time for most orders if your item is already into production.

Final Remarks

Our products are custom made for you and therefore are not returnable or exchangeable. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY BEFORE submitting your final order. We do not allow refunds, changes or cancellations after 24 hours once orders are placed.
